“Fantastic service! I couldn’t find anyone to come out and help me give an elderly lady’s dog insulin twice a day so I could go say goodbye to my father in South Dakota who was put on hospice. Kat said absolutely right away! She even traveled quite a distance just because of the circumstances. “Her professionalism and communication were better than we could have ever asked for. She cleaned up and played with our cats every day, and sent plenty of reassuring pictures and status updates. When our cat was displaying some disconcerting symptoms, she was thorough in contacting us, utilized her own professional experience to give him a pre-emptive check-up, and offered to take him to the vet for us if symptoms resurfaced. Upon our return, our place was cleaner than we left it. She never missed a beat and was always very polite. She is a gem among catsitters, and I would gladly recommend her.
